setup voip.ms on 3cx cloud

when setting up a new trunk, try to use voip.ms seems it is not on the list

the options on the list to choose from are (country Canada): Skytel, Voxtelesys, CallCentric, and Wavix

is there a way to setup a new trunk from other providers?

Are you talking about 3CX Startup? If so, only the listed trunks are supported at this time. The information here seems to confirm that:
