Shared Park automatically unpark forgotten calls

I have this feature enabled however, it does not appear to be unparking calls. I have it set for 120 seconds and even after five minutes the call was not returned to the original parker.

Any recommendations?

Hi,

Are we talking about calls that were parked as:

a) by a user extension
b) using the SP1, SP2.. BLF

Or are you perhaps referring to calls parked in orbit by transferring them for example to *00 ?
