Hi Team,
I have noticed that the BLF keys for the shared parking slots on the desktop app for some users but not all are greyed out and not working.
We can still transfer calls to SP* and dial SP* and collect the calls but not via the BLF keys.
All users are running the same version of the desktop app (18.11.1213) and even are on the same network.
All other BLF keys are working as normal.
I have rebooted the PC and tried an uninstall and reinstalled the client but cant put my finger on whats causing this.
Has anyone else come across this issue?
