Shared Parking

I have been working through making shared parking work with the ios application. Currently I have created a unregister extension to allow the ios devices to place and pickup calls from Shared Park 0. My current issue is that the ios devices can not see the status of the park locations so if customer A was to be place in park 0 and an ios device attempts to put customer b into park 0 the pdx ends up connecting customer a to customer b resulting ios device not having the call and all other phones don't seem to have anything in the Shared Park either. Any updates to using Shared Parking from ios or something I am missing. It appears that with the most current IOS app and most current PBX there is not way to use the Shared Parking other than as described above with the unregistered extensions.

Unfortunately, there's no special support currently on our mobile clients for handling shared parking. It's on our to-do list, though.

Technically, one can transfer to, or call, "SP0" with capital letters. Still doesn't solve the issue of knowing whether it's in use...if there aren't that many extensions, assign each person their own SP?

This should be very high on the to-do list. It's kind of a face-palm moment when we realized 3cx omitted this feature in it's mobile clients. A BLF panel would be most welcome. Then I could set Parking up and other keys as well...

I upvoted the related idea post a while back. I believe it was started roughly 6 years ago. Such a important feature should have been added already, don't you think? In fact, the work arounds found in the forum no longer work as far as I can tell. So in terms of usability it's gotten worse, not better in my opinion.
