Hello y'all,

Currently we run several 3CX v20 phone systems with remote data storage pointing out to Google Storage. As we consider the possibility of moving recordings to SharePoint site, a fundamental question arises: is a particular 3CX instance capable of detecting recordings uploaded to SharePoint site instead of Google Storage the system was originally configured for?

Thank you.

If you move the files AND move the archive config as well, it should be able to read the file and access it still. I believe the "path" are relative to whatever "root" storage is setup.

Uh. What do you mean by "archive file"? Remember, it's all about existing 3CX system.

Meaning the external recording storage.

Sorry, still cannot get what "files AND archive config" might stay for. There's no config file inside external recording storage root folder, while each 'extension' subfolder contains just recordings WAV files only.

What I mean is:

1. Copy the recordings from Google to SharePoint into the desired folder. Keep the structure.

2. Change the 3CX storage config from Google to SharePoint, and select the folder for recordings that you created/chose.

3. "Archived" recordings should be available from the recordings page and still be downloadable.
