Solved Show Call Rights

• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? : On-premises
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Snom D785 firmware 10.1.73.16
• Provisioning Method: Local
• Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, AireSpring SIP Trunk
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

We had a customer go live today with 3CX and they didn't want the other users to be able to see who everyone is on the phone with so I disabled show calls to group members. This made them happy as you could tell when someone is using the phone but not who they are on the phone with.

They asked for management to be allowed to see call details so I enabled show call details for managers but it isn't working.

Do the reverse. Users cannot see calls, but everyone "shows" them. So, managers "can see groups calls" and they will show
