Show who's ringing to a ringgroup on a phone which is not member of the group ?

Hi ,

we have two assistant places , both are in a ring group. So the problem is the manager would see who is ringing and also the call list of the group but is not member of the group.

Is there any option for that ?

3CX Client or ony Web Access ? 3CX 16.0.1

Hello @the.neon

You can use the webclient and monitor the calls through the switchboard. As long as the extension has the right to see group calls,, the calls will appear in the Switchboard.

thx but it doesn't work . I am the manager of the group and all right are checked.
But in the Web Switchboard I can't see any calls ( we had today 200) .

We have one Group ( where I am the manager) and one Ring Group.

The switchboard will show you active calls currently in the system, not the call history. For this you either need access to the management console or to reports. You could also use Queues instead of Ring Groups and set the managers as Queue managers so they can see the Queue statistics and Wallboard.

And with Queue they can also see the history , on the wallboard?
We have the ring groups because they wan't login logout.
For the extension there is the option to login when are business hours did it also logout ? When the login logout is automatically this would be then a way to go

They can see the calls that come into the Queue, as well as missed calls.

There is an option to automatically log the users in and out of the queues according to business hours.
