Hello,

we are having 2 different problems regarding the caller ID.
When receiving an inbound call on a DID, which has a name assigned, the caller number is shown twice (see picture). The DID is called "Test". When there is no name assigned to the DID, the number is only shown once. Does anyone know how to configure the sip-trunk (at least i think thats where i would do this), so it is always just shown one time?

The second "problem" we are having is regarding internal forwarding. Is it possible that if an external call is going directly to an user-extension and the forwarding rules apply (for example forwarding to a ring group or call queue), that the name of the extension is shown or attached to the call? As in the user in the call queue for example sees either just the originally called extension or the originally called extension attached to the caller number.

We are not using an officially supported SIP-Trunk provider. We have our own generic template.
Inbound parameters are looking like this:

Regards,

Try changing CallerName to From: Display Name

Thanks! That fixed the number shown twice. Any ideas about the internal forwarding? I assume the Trunk konfiguration doesn't apply here
