Hi,
I just enabled M365 today ('Sign In' only, no other features) and have an issue where we had multiple existing extensions using the same email address.
One of them is my extension and I had also put my email address for a bunch of extensions we use for phones in meeting rooms.
Now when I turned on 'Sign In' the M365 connection was created with one of these other extensions, not my user extension.
How can I fix this? (It is working correctly for my 50 other staff members)
I have:
Changed the email addresses of those other extensions so that my extension is the only one with my email address
'reprovisioned' M365
deleted the other extension that the M365 link was created to and have waited a while
From reading other posts, I expect the 'disconnect, delete ext, recreate ext, reconnect' process would probably work, but I cannot afford to lose all the chat messages, voicemail, etc on the extension.
