Using 18.0 update 3 with Yealink T48S phones behind an SBC, all current firmware/latest sbc version.
When a call for the main ring group comes in, multiple people attempt to answer the call, one person actually gets the call, the others hear silence - no dial tone, so they don't realize they didn't actually get the call.
Four extensions are in close proximity, so not knowing they didn't get the call causes them all to have to announce the greeting "Thank you for calling......" anyway.
It's annoying the users, anyway around this?
