Silent install of 3CXPhone for Windows v12

Can anyone post the switches needed to do a silent install of the 3cxphoneforwindows12.msi? For example, I would like it to install with the typical install options and install the MS redistributables, if needed, all with no user intervention required.

Drop to Command Prompt.
Run the MSI with /? to get options.

c:\downloads> 3cxPhoneforWindows125.msi /?

Not sure how the config file would work for the individual extension setup.
