Simultaneous Calls

What is exactly meant by simultaneous calls? Does this mean the number of voip accounts that can be added? Does this mean the number of incoming calls or does it mean incoming and outgoing combined?

It means total number of all calls on the system at one time.

Usinng 3cx version 3.1, i can have up to 8 simultaneous calls
How about version 5.1?
As i see in the Activation menu, the simultaneous calls now unlimited
Is it right?
