Solved Single SIP Trunk to multiple destination

Hi Team,

Good day greetings!

I am a beginner in 3cx and forum. So please excuse me if there any mistake in the wordings.

I configured a SIP trunk in 3cx (On-prem) with grand stream PBX. 2 trunk lines terminated in the grand stream and provide 2 IVR which is configured in 3cx. Unfortunately now 3cx route all calls to one IVR only.

Can anyone help me to sort it out.

Hello @lintoam

Did you configure one trunk in 3CX or two? It seems your issue has to do with call source identification but a few more details about your setup will help.
You probably need to set the IVR extensions as DID under the trunk and configure inbound rules for each IVR.
