sip.conf & Asterisk CLI in elastix5

Hello
In older versions of Elastix there was a section that we could input asterisk commands or edit filesystems manually, For example we have some Simton's phone (old Yealink IP-Phones) that they have useragent and we must manually edit the sip.conf file to edit the useragent.
Now in 3cx phone system (elastix5) we couldn't find any options to manually edit sip.conf file.
And if we don't put the useragent command in sip.conf, the IP-Phones won't recieve any calls !!!
So, is there any option in Elastix5 to edit sip.conf ?

Please note that the Elastix 5 is not based on Asterisk so there is no sip.conf to edit.

Thanks for your response,
So how can we edit sip.conf and put our ipphones user agent?
Unfortunately our ip phones (simton ip phone) won't work until we put user agent on sip.conf.
