SIP DOMAIN; REALM. How to change?

I'd like to change the REALM name to prevent attackers from knowing what IP PBX is there. In previous versions (currently I have version 10) there was a parameter called SIP DOMAIN that served for that purpose, but now I cannot find that parameter or another similar. The PBX's user agent name can be changed (for security reasons too), but apparently REALM name can't.
Anyone knows how to change that?

The SIP Domain Parameter is still in the Advanced settings, you must not have looked hard enough.
