Hey guys,
Im having an issue with Yealink's SIP INFO DTMF when I try to send 3CX * or #.
3CX PhoneSystem just ignores that it received this DTMF and just doesn't forward it to the trunk.
Yealink apparently maps '*' as '10' and '#' as '11' and i really don't know why 3cx ignores it.
Here's a flow example:
11887

The correct flow would be 3CX sending an Info to the PSTN gateway as soon as it receives the info from the Yealink phone (wich is happening when i try to send [0-9] digits).
Anyone can help?
Thanks in advance.

Anyone can help, friends?

Also why are you using SIP INFO for DTMFs and not RFC2833?

What model and firmware on the phone?

Also, are you using 3CX supported template for Yealink phones?

Hi Frederick,
I'm using Yealink T19PE2 running 53.83.0.55 firmware and SIP-T46S running 66.83.0.55.
Supported phones running supported firmwares. I'm also using 3CX default templates.

Also why are you using SIP INFO for DTMFs and not RFC2833?

Hello YiannisH,
I have a system trunked with 3CX that was not dealing well with RFC2833, but that works fine with SIP INFO. So I figured, as 3CX supports both, maybe would be a great idea to change the whole system to Info. Unfortunately, that didn't come off.
