To "Workspace" thank you for posting this solution, which works. Just wanted to say thanks and hope that someone can find a more permanent solution. This issue also exists on V16 Alpha 2. It appears that the Nework driver for Realtek has issues starting up. I have seen this on Intel NUC and Dell PC's. Installing the Realtek firmware does not seem to fix.
