SIP registration to different servers

Hello. I try to setup NOVA Greek Provider and they give me very specific specs. ex they have a signaling server (ip address) and a different Media Server (RTP)
how can I separate the two different server registration?

Hello @epilyssis

You only need to set up your trunk with the signaling IP. The media server IP will be negotiated during the call.
Or better yet use a Supported provider to avoid these issues and guessing games

Thanks for reply but main number provider is also Internet provider, and is very coplex to seperate providers. They says that they use a seperate network for high efficiency and warranty bandwidth, for large amount of calls. So the give us two different ips for signaling and media (RTP) tried to play around settings and "Call Manager External address" or in SIP trunk with sip proxy address with no sucess

Then perhaps you can go Hosted and chose a supported provider. We cannot provide assistance for a provider we have never tested and have no idea if they are compatible with 3CX or not.
Perhaps another forum member was able to get the provider to work and can provide more assistance.
