Is there a way that we can send custom sip responses,

We have a scenario where callers are in a queue on inbound product and queue to a number on 3CX, this is then set to allow a certain amount of calls to then be delivered to the call queue.

The issue is when the group is full we need to send a huntable sip code like 480 to the inbound provider, currently it sends 600 Busy Everywhere and is dropping that call from queuing?

Any suggestions?

Hi @JamieLewisIBT

I am not sure I understand your call flow as when a queue reaches its limit in 3CX the call goes to the destination if no answer so you should not see a 600 Busy Everywhere.
Usually in 3CX a 600 Busy Everywhere is sent when the trunk reaches its maximum sim calls. Generally though you cannot send custom SIP responses in 3CX

Thank you for your reply, the call queuing is not done at 3CX level but at inbound level as they have on average 25-30 calls queuing at once and they have to have lines open for emergencies.

So Call comes in Queues at inbound then we have a queue on 3CX with 6 sim calls and when an agent comes of the phone the call moves from inbound into 3CX.

By the sounds of the last part of your reply we cannot change the SIP response?

Thank you.
