Hi
I'm running 3CX v 16.0.5.619 on Debian. Every 3 or 4 days cpu usage goes to 100% and everyone connected by SBC or the 3CX mobile app loses registration. Looking at Services, it's evident that SIP/RTP Tunneling Proxy is the culprit because it's using all the available cpu. Restarting that service fixes the issue - at least for a few days - but then it returns.
Can anyone suggest a likely cause and/or how I should go about troubleshooting this issue?
Many thanks.
