In the V20 Update 2 blog post about multi-tenant capability (https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/multi-tenant-pbx/) it says "It's possible to take a single SIP trunk and assign DIDs to the various extensions and queues in the tenants", but when looking though the forum posts many people are indicating they are using in individual SIP trunk per client (tenant).
In our initial testing we were unable to use one trunk, with multiple DIDs associated with it, for different tenants. All calls that come into that trunk get routed to the default department and not that one we assigned the additional DID to.
Has anyone been able to configure a single SIP trunk so that the additionally configured DIDs correctly route to the desired department/tenant?
