Our customers have very long voice mail greetings. Often, repeat callers want to skip the greeting to avoid having to listen to the entire announcement and move forward to recording their message. In an effort to find the "skip" code, I pressed everyone phone 0-9*# button while the greeting played, but in every case, my call was sent to the operator extension.
