Hi everyone,

I'm configuring 3CX using Skype Connect as our SIP connection. I have incoming/outgoing calls working correctly using a single Online Number on our SIP profile however I cannot get the other 2 numbers that we have to work.

All 3 Online Numbers are added and showing within Skype Manager against the SIP Profile and when I call the numbers I can see in the Skype reports that it is forwarding them down my SIP Trunk however the line is just dropping.

I've tried adding the 2 additional numbers as DID's on the Port however it still just drops the call after a couple of rings. 3cx sees it come in, but doesn't handle it.. Any idea from the logs below? (private data removed)

Have you read this? http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/source-identification-issues/

Legend, that fixed it!

I knew it would be something simple that I hadn't seen.
