Hi,

I can't define SMS gateway:
  1. I upgraded From STD (FREE) to PRO (FREE) yesterday to test SMS functionality.
  2. 3CX Mgmt Console - Information box recognizes I have a PRO subscription.
  3. Under Messaging, I attempt to add SMS but can not save the configuration: when I press OK to save it says "Feature available in 3CX Professional and Enterprise Editions" and never saves the configuration.
  • Test button yields success message
  • Gateway is Twilio, which was configured as suggested in 3CX Messaging document. Twilio number supports SMS.
  • I tried refreshing the 3CX license but then again console already recognizes it is PRO.
Any suggestions?

Can you refresh your browser or access it via an incognito window? Sometimes that might be the issue.

Hi Yiannish,
Thanks for quick reply!

I did clear CACHE and still get the same message.
Just tried the incognito window and still get the same message.
Also just tied a different browser (Chrome versus Firefox) and still get the same message.

???

Try the following please:

Go to Dashboard / License and and click on it
The License settings menu should open.
Then Click the Edit button and then OK without making any changes.
Refresh your page and try again
