First off, this is a self-hosted Azure instance but I can only find the 3CX license to submit while in this forum. Several of my systems show here in "On-Premise" instead of in the Self-Hosted forum.
With that said:
System has been upgraded to v20.
Primary trunk has SMS routed to an IVR and then to a queue and functions on both the inbound and outbound. (Working with no 502 error)
There is a DID for a second phone number which also routes to an IVR and then a queue. SMS redirect is also set up for this number. (SMS works outbound but 502 on inbound)
I have tried routing the SMS directly to an extension as a test but the DID always fails and 3CX returns a 502 error:
Twilio was unable to fetch content from: xxxxxx.my3cx.us/sms/twilio/(removed)
Error: Failed to connect to ip x.x.x.x: Connection refused: xxxxxx.my3cx.us/x.x.x.x:443
Account SID: (removed)
SID: (removed)
Request ID: (removed)
Remote Host: xxxxxx.my3cx.us
Request Method: POST
Request URI:xxxxxx.my3cx.us/sms/twilio/(removed)
SSL Version: TLSv1.2
URL Fragment: true
Any insight is appreciated.
