SMS Fails with: Too Many Requests Error

I have a client using Telnyx to send SMS's to the 3CX system and all of a sudden messaging.3cx.com has stopped allowing our texts to go through and giving me a response of "Too Many Requests". Everything was working fine. They do receive quite a few text messages but not enough to get blocked. They are a 24 hour dispatch command center for a security guard company and they rely on text message notifications so I need to figure out why this is happening... Here is what is being sent:

Can someone help me to get this resolved or let me know if there is a direct link I can use for the webhook so that I don't have to even go through messaging.3cx.com

There is no direct link I'm afraid.
Could you please send me the 3CX FQDN that you are using on this specific installation?

Also, just to make sure I understand the direction of the issue:

• Outgoing SMS from 3CX Client to External Number - Works
• Incoming SMS from External Number to 3CX - Does not Work

right?
