SMS provider for Switzerland / Europe?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how to set up SMS if a client wants to have his SMS sent/received/stored within Switzerland or EU?
Since there is no "Generic" way anymore (or did I miss anything?), I only find the recommended ones in USA...

Actually it's the opposite, we NOW have a Generic SMS setup (provider as to implement some stuff or you can create a proxy script to reformat the payloads.) That setting is there when you create a Generic SIP Provider.

OK, then I got this completely wrong - as I found posts, that this was possible until update 4 and after update 7 it was not possible anymore?
I may sound stupid - but I can't find anything Generic in neither in the documentation nor in the UI.
Could you give me a hint?

When using the Management Console (not the Webclient Admin), you go to SIP Trunks > Add SIP Trunk > choose Generic as country > choose Generic SIP Provider as template. Once created, you'll see the SMS tab.

Generic provider was removed at some point but brought back with the Generic SMS options in it.

That's exactly what I expected - I was looking for Generic Country, but on my side it is FR/GR/HK - no Generic anywhere...
And I'm on 18.7 Build 312 - can't get any newer, right?
What is wrong here?

Yes - multiples - all the same... German version... / just checked - Language doesn't matter...

That's why.

Hosted by 3CX is restricted to supported/preferred providers. Generic isn't available there.
