Hello,

We use SIPTRUNK for all of our clients is there a way we can add SIPTRUNK to the SMS provider list? We are not going to spin up another account with another provider to make billing more complicated. We want to maintain using SIPTRUNK that has SMS capabilities.

No you cannot. 3CX validates SMS interoperability with carriers on their request but it takes a lot of time since each provider has a different API and webhook format.

Your best bet is Telnyx Hosted SMS. Keep voice on SIPTRUNK but SMS on Telnyx.

There is no support for SIPTRUNK.com I would like to see this since we are reselling 3CX with SIPTRUNK having another provider would create another bill and we would have to port numbers to another provider.
Support for them may come in the future but no promises as it's really dependant on a lot of things.

It would be another bill yes, but you wouldn't necessarily have to port the number. Separating the SMS portion of the number and having that owned by another carrier is possible.

Just adding to this thread - Flowroute doesn't allow you to have multiple webhooks for SMS only one per account.

Actually, you can, but you need to configure them via API.
However we don't recommend do this because once you set a specific WebHook for a DID, then you can't "undo" it and it will never again follow the global WebHook setting, so each time you ant to change it from there on, you need to again do it via API.
