SMS Response Templates

Does anybody have any ideas for a templated response to chat messages? IE. a store has people messaging from the website/SMS/facebook, all asking the same questions. Is there any good way to keep a list of responses for an easy reply?

Use a KB like Confluence or a wiki. 3CX does not have any features like this (yet, the ticketing system coming in V18 might do the job.)

it will do this part, KB and Quick text are to elements to have natively in 3CX.
