SMS slow show and send after updating 20 version

After updating 20 version, the messaging option has become extremely slow. I have set up Hyper-V on a Windows server. The call quality is fine, but I can't pinpoint any issues even though the messaging function is very sluggish.

Any suggestion?

This can also depend on hardware specifications, how many extensions are configured?
