We tested with Telnyx & Twilio. The SMS Service works great but is useless unless it is possible to set a custom "FROM ID". This must be done from the 3CX side. I think this should be simple to implement and would ad a huge improvement to the usability of the service.

It is not possible to answer you the usual way because of the above error. Yes that would be the Alphanumeric Sender ID.
