Snom D315 on V18 not provisioning

Hi everyone,
we are changing ext to our D315. We did reset it and reboot it. We see it in the phone list in bold.
Unfortunately the phone reboots and stay in the config menu (where you choose the language).
Nothing else happens.

How can i solve it?

After a deeper investigation we found that the phone gets the wrong provisioning url (provisioning.snom.com) instead of mydomain.3cx.com

How can i solve that?

Is this a new phone? Never provisioned before? Try to copy the provisioning url directly in to the phone.

No it's an old phone, i simply reset it. In the past the auto provisioning was working. If i add the provisioning link manualli it works, but i prefer to auto provision it

Nope, i am on v20. v18 ist eol.

There is no V20 yet for windows unfortunately.

There is already... You need to Upgrade manual because its windows. Backup and restore.

You need to fulfil certain conditions for the link to appear there automatically, it won't just appear there for no reason. So actually you need to tell us why it was working in the past and not now.
