SNOM D375 BLF not updating

Hello,

I am new to 3cx and have got almost everything working fine, apart from the BLD LEF on our snom phones.

Setup:
We have our 3cx sitting in our DMZ with all the firewalls configured to allow traffic.
We have two types of phone a legacy Aastra 6739i and a newer Snom D375 (for testing).

The Aastra phone works as intended with the BLF, when someone is on a call it updates it's status.
The Snom phones get the BLF status correctly on boot, but then never update.

For example: No calls in progress at boot up, all light on the BLF are green and stay green forever, regardless of what the line of the BLF does.
If a call is in progress at boot up, the BLF for that extention will be red and then stay red until the phone is rebooted.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

As a test, what happens if you put the phone in the same lan as the 3CX server

PBX Version?
Snom Firmware Version?
Were they provisioned automatically via the management console after getting the latest 3CX updates?

Quick follow up, I have the latest firmware (this was all set up from scratch following the guide to the letter).

Interedstingly enough, I went to lunch came back and the phone is now working as it should (albeit a little on the slow side to change the status of the LED).

Phones are not local to the PBX as it is in our DMZ, however the firewall is configured to allow them access to that IP, and DNS is set so it can be accessed as a local resource.

PBX is the latest version
Snom Firmware is the latest version
Auto Provisioned

Depending on how the DMZ is implemented, the BLFs may have some trouble propagating, difficult to tell without knowing the way your network is deployed.

If this issue continues, please update the thread

It is interesting that the Aastra phone is not displaying the same trouble. It is connected in the exact same way as the Snoms. I will monitor and post back if I am still having issues.
