Solved Snom D725 Firmware issue

Hi all,

Something here confusing me a bit...

I have a 3CX v15.5 system with Snom D725 phones, one of the phones (ext. 307) is showing the latest firmware on the GUI..

but on the Management console is showing an unsupported firmware...

I've tried downgrading, upgrading, provisioning, rebooting and even assigning the phone to a different extension with no success.


Any ideas?

Please try re-flashing the phone manually using the firmware found in the link below as some times the firmware update might not be completed successfully.

Updating the firmware manually made no diference

I've just fxed the issue,

I had a backup copy of the Settings file that I took before the last firmware update, as I had been doing some testing with that phone I uploaded the file to the phone and even the phone having the latest firmware, the file had references to the old one.

After uploading a settings file from a phone with a recent firmware the issue got fixed.
