SNOM D735 CTI bug

Hi All,

When we try to call with SNOM D735 triggered by the deskphone from the windows app to call a number, the phone always calls 0001 instead of the dialed number.
This issue isn't existing with the web interface.

We were only able to fix it to add "line key" as the first BLF on the snom phone. Due to this we lose one of the BLF options.

We assume this is a bug in the windows application giving a wrong signal to the phone, as the web interface has no issue.

Hopefully this can be fixed in a next release.

This is not a bug, it's necessary if you wish to use CTI mode with the windows client, but not necessary via the webclient

Hi John, thank you for this information. I guess more people will face this issue so possible it would be nice to have integrated more visually intuitive into the software itself, as I read most of the 3cx manual but seemed to have missed that part.
