Snom D735 Showing IP as 127.0.0.1 in Phones

Dear All

I have a Snom D735 running firmware 10.1.31.3. It is showing up in the Phones page, however the IP is 127.0.0.1 and it is not being picked up by the Windows SBC.

I added a Snom D785 and D375 without a problem and they were detected by the SBC.

I've tried a factory reset and updated the firmware from the shipped version to 10.1.31.3.

Hello @John Benson

What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.
I would recommend waiting for V16 as these phones are added in the current Alpha version. You can install a V16 in a testing environment and see if that works for you.
