Snom D785 Directory Not Synchronizing

Hi all, relatively new to 3CX, although have a telecoms background and pretty impressed so far. However, I've bought a Snom D785, setup a small server, all is OK and all ports are open that should be. Firewall test passes OK, but still the Snom D785 does not pic up the directory! I know people have had issues with this before. I'm using the latest on premise version of 3CX and phone firmware is as detailed. Any assistance would be amazing! Phone was provisioned using the provisioning link.

Snom has released a new firmware version which is now available on the 3CX updates page and will address the following issues:

1. Directory Missing
2. Cannot call numbers with + from webclient when choosing Snom phone

It should appear as an update on your PBX within the day
If you see this message later, the update may have already been downloaded by your PBX, please check your Phones tab for any devices appearing in red and you can deploy it from there for all Snom models that were affected
