Solved Snom Dect M500 series

I have been waiting for over a year to get the Snom Dect M500 series supported in 3CX. The current system allows the M300 M400 and M900, but not the M500. Can I get an explanation for why that is the case and if there will ever be support for the M500?

Surely Snom must take responsibility for its homologation.

According to our Snom account manager, "3CX pushed the M500 along with other DECT devices out to at least update 5. I'm hoping it doesn't slide further out but it's in their hands. The software has been done on the Snom end for some time."
This seems consistent with what I have been following.
