Snom Idlescreen

since the last Update the idlescreen on our snom phones is gone.
Any hints to get it back?

What do you mean by latest update? The latest service pack update or the latests updates on the updates section?
Have you downloaded the latest templates and firmware for snom phones which are intended for SP5 release?

Hello,

yes updated to the latest templates / firmware for snom phones. I got the update suggested by the updates section.
I didn't realise that it's only for SP5.

Please upgrade to SP5 since it was released today and reprovision your phones.
Let us know if this resolves your issue

I did the update. Now the phones have a new "3cx"-background image, but the idle screen
is still disabled.
