Solved Snom M300 DECT BASE - phone appears twice

Hi,
on a DECT Base Snom M300 with only one M25 using ext. 102, phone is displayed twice.
PBx is cloud hosted AWS lightsail, running on latest V18 SP6 and of course there's an up to date SBC on remote site.
M300 Base is also in latest release 530B2 and handset too.

What could be done to get ext displayed one time only ?

No it's not, and if it had been the case, then I wouldn't have asked

I fixed the problem with complete setting deletion on both sides , then recreated 3CX settings and after having resetted M300 and provisioned then I registered M25 handset .
Since that , no more double same extension appears in console.
So problem solved.
