SNOM M90 not displaying local caller ID

Recently installed SNOM M900 dect, phones are displaying Caller ID from outside calls, but not from local extensions. How to troubleshoot this?

What do you mean with no local Caller ID?
you mean like: "2001 John" calling on local calls or you mean not showing external number of caller at blind transfer from another user?

Hi @paulodagraca

It's the local calls that doesn't display on the Snom phones, i.e. "2001 John". External calls that were transferred from Reception shows the external number.

We checked this here and it shows both internal and external, even if the caller is not yet in the phonebook.

I would troubleshoot it by first factory resetting the base and handset, and making sure its provisioned with defaults so I'm not chasing down a simple misconfiguration.

We factory reset the base and reset network the handsets several times. Followed instructions on how to provision.
