Hi,
We've been struggling with the BLF buttons lately in combination with the Windows Softphone (and web client).
It looks like it only works if you have the "Show call" option enabled on the user you want to add as a BLF button.
After some testing, we found that only having the "View" right – "Call Operations" – is no longer sufficient to be able to perform a call pickup.
You also need to enable "Show my call" to be able to perform the pickup.
A call pickup should be possible with only "Call Operations", I suppose.
Is this by design?
