Softphone crashes on startup

When I try to run the application, I see nothing but in the task manager I see the process running for about 1 second and then it goes away and nothing happens. Tried reinstalling the VC++ and the app itself but no luck. Below are the logs from Appdata\Roaming. PC is running windows 7 x64 Pro.

Please make sure that windows are up to date with all windows updates and .net is up to date as well.
Also disable any antivirus software for the duration of the installation and try again

Verified that windows is up to date, tried logging in as a different user and it starts up fine, what might be the cause of that?
