New install, using a Cisco 7961G. All working fine for inbound using Babytel as a provider, but outbound, does not work at all.

I have several outbound call rules, all based on the FAQ found in the guide, but it still seems as though the system will try to dial the number on first key press. EG... when dialing 5197051234 it trys to place a call to "5"

This is despite outbound rules that route both 7 and 10 digit dials to the SIP trunk.

Could use any suggestions...

for future reference... problem solved

After much troubleshooting/searching. Turns out the Cisco7961 requires a "Cisco_dialplan.xm" else the inter-digit dialing timout is 0 seconds, and the phone will effectively try to dial on a single digit each time.
