We are experiencing issues with sending SMS to certain numbers, even though they are in the same format. When I attempt to reply to incoming messages, it works fine. However, if I am sending to a new number for the first time, delivery fails and displays a red ‘X’ mark. I’m using Flowroute SIP and have tried both +15555555555 and +1 (000) 000-0000 formats. Messages sent to some contacts in this same format are delivered without issue.

It's not necessarily a 3CX System issue.
You can have a look at the PBX management console log to see if there are some kind of errors (if any) when sending.
Also, did you try to contact the provider to see if they can comment on this from their side, so you can send a few messages, tell them the time and date of each SMS and ask why one works and the other is not?

I have contacted Flowroute and sent the records but was not able to get all the traffic from SMS. Please see the reply before.

We do not have a record of this traffic for 1**********having reached us. If you can have 3CX provide the MDR-IDs associated with the traffic, then we can look into this further, though as it stands the traffic does not appear to be reaching our network.

Please advise.

@rkreddy hope you are doing well.
We will advise you to look at the settings of the system once again and make sure that all the DIDs in E164 format including + sign. See this guide steps and verify that it's all correct too.
You could open a ticket in our support so that we can investigate the logs of the 3CX System and its configuration.

Hi @rkreddy

Based on Flowroute's documentation if you run the following command on a Linux machine you should get the MDR IDs to give to Flowroute.
Not sure why they don't do it for you but anyway:

Code:
curl "https://api.flowroute.com/v2.1/messages?limit=100&start_date=2023-05-20&end_date=2023-07-20" -u XXXXXXX:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

You will need to adjust the dates accordingly and replace the XXXXXXXXXs with your Access key and Secret Key.
