some received fax not complete

Hi, I have a problem with the internal Fax-Server. Some of the fax I receive seem not to be complete sent. Or they are not correctly aligned. I uploaded 2 examples.
Do You have any idea, whats the problem?

Hi Dariussh,

Not without more information about your setup and configuration.
Also what FAX transmission you are using (T.38 or G711 a/u) and what your provider supports.

Logging from the 3CX System would also be of use.

Hi eddv123, I have Fallback von G.711 auf T.38 activated, without this no fax will be received. My provider (sipgate) does not rupport T.38.
What specially logs do You need?

Firstly, is this just inbound FAX you are doing here or are you going via a supported Gateway (for outbound also) ? https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/

If using a gateway you can take logging here, however since you are getting a partial FAX the support info logs in 3CX would probably be better: https://www.3cx.com/docs/collecting-logs-for-3cx-support/

There are settings for this in the management console so want to confirm that you have set the mode correctly.

I'm not using a voip-gateway. I put the log in a txt.file.
