SP3 Myphone integration: No pickup button

have installed SP3 and have the latest 3CXphone and Myphone but don't get the PICK UP button, only transfer, send to vmail, and reject when a call comes in. Is there something else I need to do?

Hi, you need to have option use 3CXPhone specified in the Settings Tab.
In this case new Notification Tab Control is displayed on incoming calls to your extension.

Got ya... under dialing select Launch 3CX phone.... at some point I would suggest possibly just having a check box and calling it "Integrate with 3CX phone" or something like that, having it under Dialing for this aspect isn't necessarily user friendly.
