We are having a terrible time trying to get these SPA112's to provision on our cloud hosted 3CX server. I have read several forum posts but I am still at a loss. I know the SPA112 isn't officially supported by 3CX but by judging what I have read, people are still able to get it to work. Below is a screenshot of my SPA112 configuration.
I ensured "Disallow use of extension outside the LAN" was unchecked on the options tab of the extension. For phone provisioning I used a Cisco SPA-302-247. I was able to get the SPA112 to provision using a local 3CX but it's just not working on a hosted one.
I left the SPA112 plugged in over night and found that when coming back to the office the next day the external IP of the network that the SPA112 was on was blacklisted. So I removed the blacklist item preventing the external IP of the network from joining and set Failed authentication protection to 1 to verify that there was a password conflict. I found that after 15 minutes and several failed registration attempts there was no new blacklist item blocking the network. I then changed that number back to 25 and set Failed Challenge Requests(407) to 1 and the external IP address of the network was immediately blocked.
