SPA3102- Line satus Monitor is not registered

hello!

i registered a PSTN Line with SPA 3102.

into SIPURA is all correctly parameters, and in the status is Registered

into 3CX is all correctly parameters, and in the Status Monitor the PSTN lines is not Registered

when i recevied prom PSTN line is OK
when i called to PSTN lines the line is Busy
