SPA3102 Outgoing calls-change caller id

I have a 3cx system that connect to the SPA3102 connected to a PSTN line provided by Plusnet. This gives me up to 2000 mins of calls to mobiles per month so I would like to use this facility but I want to display the business phone number and not the plusnet line number. Do I need to get plusnet to change the id on there system or can it done in 3cx or on the SPA. I have looked but cant see anywhere obvious.

You cannot change outgoing caller ID on a PSTN line, you can ask the provider if they will make the change for you. You can use a SIP trunk, and a provider that allows number spoofing.

You might think about porting your business number to plusnet.
